Our recruitment process
The process will start off with a 30 minute discussion with our friendly People & Culture team. In this session, our P&C team member will provide you with an overview and history of Cevo, and explore whether our values and workflows align with you. We will also discuss your skillset and what you are looking for in a new role.
This stage involves a 1-hour video call with one of our technical leaders. In this session, we will delve deeper into your technical skills and expertise. We’ll look to understand your core strengths and focus areas, your ability to adapt to different environments and your consulting skill set.
The third stage involves a face-to-face session with a senior member of the leadership team. This will provide us with insight into your project delivery experience, your interactions with key stakeholders and gives us an understanding of your motivations and values to ensure that they are a good match for Cevo’s culture.
Our P&C Team will be there to support you throughout the offer, resignation and onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into your new role.
