Our recruitment process

At Cevo, we believe interviews should be a two-way conversation. We want to understand your skills, experience and ambitions, while giving you a real sense of who we are, how we work and what it’s like to be part of our team. Our process is open, transparent and respectful of your time, because finding the right fit for your future truly matters.

Here’s what you can expect:

Culture interview

The process will start off with a 30-minute discussion with our friendly People & Culture team. In this session, our P&C team member will provide you with an overview and history of Cevo and explore whether our values and workflows align with you. We will also discuss your skillset and what you are looking for in a new role.

Technical interview

This stage involves a 1-hour video call with one of our technical leaders. In this session, we will delve deeper into your technical skills and expertise. We’ll look to understand your core strengths and focus areas, your ability to adapt to different environments and your consulting skill set.

Leadership interview

The third stage involves a face-to-face session with a senior member of the leadership team. This will provide us with insight into your project delivery experience, your interactions with key stakeholders and gives us an understanding of your motivations and values to ensure that they are a good match for Cevo’s culture.

Congratulations, well done! Our P&C team will be there to support you throughout the offer, resignation and onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into your new role.

From the moment you arrive, we make sure you feel at home. You’ll meet your team, get set up with your tech and share a coffee or lunch together so you can start building connections right away.

Your first week

We'll ease you in with light onboarding sessions and project introductions, giving you time to learn at your own pace while meeting our leaders and crew across the business. It’s the perfect balance of structure and connection.

Your first check-in

Support doesn’t stop after your first week. Through regular one-on-ones, feedback sessions and development conversations, we make sure your growth and wellbeing are front and centre.

Your first anniversary
